The Council, which is made up of all prefectures and designated cities nationwide that sell lottery tickets (hereinafter referred to as "the Council"), recognizes that it is the Council's responsibility to appropriately handle and protect personal information related to customers' use of the official lottery website and applications provided by the Council (hereinafter referred to as "this site"), and customers' personal information will be protected under this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").

Article 8 Changes to this Policy
- Pursuant to Article 548-4 of the Civil Code, the Council may change any provision or other condition of this Policy in response to changes in laws and regulations, or if it is deemed necessary for business purposes or for other reasonable reasons, by posting a poster in stores stating the changes, publishing an announcement on this website, or making the changes known by other appropriate means.
- The changes in the preceding paragraph shall be applied from the date of application specified at the time of publication, etc.
